With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring an evidence-based and structured approach to therapy. I have a Master’s in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and I am currently completing a Master’s in Data Science.

In addition to clinical work, I have spent 4 years as a data manager in a healthcare setting, giving me a firsthand understanding of the stress and complexity faced by professionals in management and executive roles. My work is informed by research and clinical evidence, ensuring that you receive care that is effective, focused, and results-driven.

  • Sliding Scale: Limited availability based on financial need

  • Insurance: I do not bill insurance directly but provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement

Reimbursement Support:
If you have a PPO or POS insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I will assist you in submitting superbills and navigating the process.
